September, 2009 — Germany, Italy, Sweden and the United Kingdom have each announced they will extend deadlines for required ETS plans. The new deadlines are September 30th 2009 for Italy, October 15, 2009 for Sweden and are yet to be announced for Germany and the UK. The estimated date for Germany is sometime October, 2009 and for the UK November 2009.
