Attorney
Andrew Herbert is the newest addition to Aero Law Group. Before joining our firm, he practiced law in
Boise, Idaho, primarily in the areas of business entity formation, contract law, creditor’s rights, and real
estate.
Andrew was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor
in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida.
Prior to attending law school in 2021, Andrew worked as a commercial pilot for a variety of Part 135 and
Part 121 air carriers in Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii. Andrew’s roles in the aviation sector have also
included Director of Training, Flight Instructor, and Ground Instructor. He has specialized experience
working in Air Ambulance, Arctic/Remote, and Corporate VIP flight operations.
Andrew received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2024. While attending law school,
he worked as an intern at the school’s small business clinic assisting local businesses with contract, entity
formation, and trademark matters. Andrew is licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys camping in his home-built teardrop trailer, downhill skiing, surfing, and
international travel.
