On October 4, 2021, Gulfstream announced the latest two additions to their aircraft family—the G400 and G800. While the two aircraft may differ in size and range, a successful purchase negotiation requires teaming up with aviation attorneys that have experience working with Gulfstream sales agreements.
In 2008, when Gulfstream announced the G650, Aero Law Group was able to leverage the fact that more than a dozen of our clients were ready to buy. As a result, we were able to expedite negotiation of those clients’ purchase agreements with favorable legal terms. We mirrored those results for our clients with respect to the G500, G600 and G700. Even though the G800 was announced just a few days ago, we are already in the process of negotiating G800 sales agreements.
Being in the thick of new aircraft announcements is not new for Aero Law Group. It’s in our DNA—as we were among the first law firms to negotiate purchase contracts for both the Airbus 350 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Additionally Aero Law Group attorneys negotiated the first purchase agreement for the Boeing BBJ and have continued representing purchasers of VIP Class and Airliner VIP Conversion Aircraft.
Whenever an aircraft manufacturer announces a new model—whether it is the Gulfstream 400 and 800, Challenger 3500, or the Falcon 10X—Aero Law Group stands ready to help you acquire the latest and greatest in aviation. If you are interested in knowing more about new aircraft models, or would like to begin purchase negotiations, we are ready to help you with your objectives. Please give us a call.
